Yoga and Mindful Living

 


I’ve been practicing yoga since 2006 and teaching since 2010, but it wasn’t until I got sober in 2016 that these practices truly became a lifeline. Through Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga, I’ve found strength, discipline, and a deep sense of surrender...tools that have supported my recovery and personal healing. Integrating mindfulness, meditation, and asana with the Eight Limbs of Yoga and the Buddha’s Noble Eightfold Path has offered me a steady framework for living with awareness and integrity. These teachings continue to guide me toward balance, compassion, and presence; reminding me that recovery is not just about abstaining, but about awakening, one breath and one moment at a time
