Recovery Dharma

Join us on Sundays at 4 PM

 

Our group welcomes individuals facing all types of addictions and process addictions. It's a supportive environment where we can express our true selves as we navigate recovery together. Our meetings will incorporate meditation, primarily silent vipassana/insight meditation, along with occasional guided sessions.

 

We will also engage in brief discussions based on topics from :

• Recovery Dharma

• One Breath at Time

• A Burning Desire - Dharma, God, & The Path of Recovery
